GUACAMOLE
True Mexican style guacamole prepared fresh at your table on a molcajete with avocado, jalapeno, tomato, onion, cilantro and a
hint of lime, served with tortilla chips.

AVOCADO FRIES
Golden fried slices of breaded avocado. Crunchy on the outside
and creamy on the inside. Served with a honey chipotle sauce.

Crispy flour tortillas filled with roasted duck, cilantro, onions, cabbage and Hoisin sauce topped with sour cream.

FAJITA BURRITO

Chicken or steak fajitas, peppers, onions, rice, beans, cheese and enchilada sauce.

SABANA MIGNON
We take a 9oz filet mignon and thin it out until it becomes a
“sheet”, then cook it in a griddle and top it with sauteed
mushrooms, onions, poblano peppers and melted cheese.
It is so tender that you can cut it with just a fork.

Chicken breast stuffed with chorizo sausage, Oaxaca cheese, spinach, ham and grilled corn, served on top of a spicy cream
